Our focus at Dermatology & Skin Cancer Specialists is YOU. Our goal is to provide excellent medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatological care in a kind, respectful environment. We realize that timely access to care is important. Thank you for allowing us to care for you and your skin.

In order to minimize your wait at our office, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out registration information. You may also download and complete the new patient form (below) to bring with you.

To help us better serve you and our other patients, please provide at least two (2) days notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Surgical and cosmetic procedures, as well as comprehensive skin exams, require that we reserve a significant amount of time for your appointment.

For our patients that are uninsured, or Self Pay, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for an upcoming service or procedure. Please let us know if this applies to your situation so we can provide this for you.
